Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we opt to have a COMPULSORY briefing session
virtually via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers are urged to install the web version of Microsoft Teams in
order to participate in the briefing. Suppliers who wish to attend the briefing session should email
their Microsoft Teams credentials to victor.gazi@dalrrd.gov.za or nobuntu.dekeda@dalrrd.gov.za or
lusanda.zenani@dalrrd.gov.za by end of business day,31 August 2021.
