THE APPOINTMENT A MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM TO PROVIDE FULL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF SPORT, ARTS AND CULTURE: UTHUKELA REGIONAL OFFICE: REFURBISHMENT, ADDITIONS, ALTERATIONS AND CONVERSION OF A HERITAGE BUILDING INTO SAPOA “A” GRADE OFFICE SPACE AT THE NGR BUILDING, 316 MURCHISON STREET, MNAMBITI, KZN PROVINCE.

1.The bid document can either be downloaded at no cost from the e-Tender Portal or purchased from the Department, NO EFT payments will be accepted.
2.Bidders whom elected to download the bid document must submit all supporting documents at the close of bids
3.The bid documents must downloaded or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the Pre-tender briefing meeting.
4.Bidders who attend the pre-Tender Briefing Meeting without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing meeting.
5.No late arrivals will be admitted to the pre-tender briefing meet
