THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE RENDERING OF STANDARD CLEANING, HYGIENE, PEST CONTROL AND FUMIGATION SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, LAND REFORM AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGIONAL LAND CLAIMS COMMISIONER OFFICE, 40 DR. AB XUMA STREET, DURBAN, FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY - SIX (36) MONTHS

The Supply Chain Management Policy will apply, and bids will be evaluated in terms of points system, as indicated on the above table, as set out in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) read with PPPF Regulation 2022.
The physical address for collection of bid documents is: 1st floor, Department of Agriculture Land Reform and Rural Development Offices, 270 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg. Documents may be collected during working hours as from 11h00 on 15 August 2023 thereafter, between 08.00- 12.30 and 13.15 to 15.30, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
