							Note that for this tender, the following pre-qualification criterion for preferential procurement will be applied: Section 4(1) (a) a Tenderer having a minimum B-BBEE status level of the contributor, Level 2 (A certified copy or original valid B-BBEE Status Level Certificate or sworn affidavit is required).
