The Free State Legislature (NCOP) Cape Town offices require continuous and reliable cleaning services to maintain a clean, hygienic and professional working environment. The Free State Legislature therefore invite all prospective service provider within Western Cape to submit quotations for cleaning services for period of three years.

The cleaning service will be for a contracted three (3) year period and performed four (4) times a week therefore the quotations must be reflective of such.
1. CLEANING OF OFFICES AND CARPETS
2. CLEANING OF BATHROOMS AND KITCHENS
3. CLEANING OF COMMUNAL AREAS

The abovementioned areas are inclusive of the following:
· A total area of 393,28 square meters of office space
· Two (2) bathrooms
· One (1) Kitchen
· Six (6) offices
· One (1) boardroom
· Corridor
· Reception Area
