The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to provide an anonymous, accessible and secure Fraud & Ethics Hotline. A safe reporting facility for the Road Accident Fund for a period of three (3) years

1. The service provider must provide three (3) CVs of the staff members to be allocated to the call centre. The experience per allocated staff member to the RAF must be a minimum of three (3) years in rendering technical expertise on:
• Hotline services
• Ability and knowledge to handle and address calls
• Records keeping and management
2. The service provider must provide a minimum of two (2) reference letters showing experience in administration and management of hotline services. The reference letters must reflect the information below:
Reference letters signed before April 2021 will not be accepted
3. The project proposal must cover the following aspects:
o Project approach (general tasks)
o Tools
