Please note that all responses must be sent to the RFQ email address (rfq@siu.org.za) by the closing date and time. NO physical submissions will be accepted. All documentation must be sent in one attachment. SIU will only evaluate and / or consider the CV of one person indicated on the attached RFQ document. 

Please refer to Page: 4 - 4.4.1 for ease of reference. The attached RFQ Document must be filled in full including the pricing must be clearly indicated on Page 7.
