THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RENAL DIALYSIS CONSUMABLES INCLUDING HOME CARE BASED SOLUTION TO THE GAUTENG DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INSTITUTIONS FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							In terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017, par. 4(1) (a) or 4(1)(b). Therefore, only bidders that meets one of the following criteria: 

1. Level 1 to 6 B-BBEE Status Level of Contributor;

                OR

2. Exempted Micro Enterprise (EME) or Qualifying Small Enterprise (QSE’s)

Only bidders who are Level 1 to 6 or EME or QSE may respond to this invitation.
