Tender Description

The Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of an Automated Performance Management System and Risk Management System (E-PMS and Risk) for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							This tender will be evaluated on functionality and 80/20 point system, where 80=price and 20 will consist of: Locality within the North-West Province=5, Women=5, Disability=5 and Youth=5 points.  The tender will be evaluated on functionality: Minimum functionality is 70 points to be deemed responsive.  There will be a compulsory briefing session on 01/07/2025 @ 10:00 am. Tender documents are for free from e-tender portal, but if tenderers prefer to purchase the tender document from SCM it will be at R500 non-refundable fee.
