Tender Description
THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF DUAL DETECTOR STATIONARY GAMMA CAMERAS AT GAUTENG HEALTH INSTITUTIONS FOR THE PERIOD OF THREE YEARS
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
The evaluation of the bids will be done in accordance with the requirements of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 in two stages: Stage 1A: Mandatory Administrative Compliance
Stage 1B: Technical Evaluation, Stage 2: Price and Specific goals Evaluation
The 90/10 preference point system, which is applicable to bids with a Rand value above R50 million (all applicable taxes included),
shall be applied, where a maximum of 90 points will be allocated for price and maximum of 10 points for specific goals in terms of the
requirements of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Preferential Procurement Regulations,
2022
