Key Requirements & Special Conditions
A compulsory site and information meeting will take place at 11h00 on Thursday, 04 September 2025 at the Municipal Offices in Great Brak River, 5 Charles Street, Great Brak River.
ALL BIDDERS, including ALL THE PARTNERS OF A JOINT VENTURE MUST BE CIDB REGISTERED AND ATTEND THIS COMPULSORY SITE AND INFORMATION MEETING.
BIDDERS (including all partners of a Joint Venture) WHO DID NOT ATTEND THE COMPULSORY SITE AND INFORMATION MEETING AND SUBMIT A BID, WILL BE SEEN AS SUBMITTING A NON-RESPONSIVE BID.
