All prospective service-providers must attend a compulsory briefing/information session. Failure to attend will invalidate a service-provider’s offer. Service-providers must be at the venue at 10:00. The doors of the meeting venue will be locked and late service-providers will be excluded. No excuses will be accepted for arriving late at the venue.
