ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Provide a valid certified copy of letter of good standing (COIDA).
2. Provide a valid certified copy for letter of compliance UIF.
3. Provide a fully completed bill of quantity.
4. Provide proof of compliance with SANS 1545- 5 for support and maintenance of lifts.
1ST STAGE OF BID EVALUATION FUNCTIONALITY TOTAL SCORE: 100%
THRESHOLD (MINIMUM SCORE): 75%
