Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Bidders are required to register for a briefing session by submitting necessary information to bidadmin@rtmc.co.za by not later than 30 November 2023 at 14:00pm to be eligible to participate in the briefing and the bid process. 

The following information is required to register for a briefing session:

•	Company Name

•	CSD Registration number

•	Name and Surname of the Representative

Upon registration a link will be shared with the bidders to enable them to participate on the stated virtual meeting.
