Compulsory Briefing Session: Registration
The compulsory briefing session details are as follows:
1. Bidders must register for a compulsory briefing session by submitting the necessary information to bidadmin@rtmc.co.za by 04 May 2026 at 14:00pm to be eligible to participate in the compulsory briefing and the bid process.
2. The following information is required to register for a briefing session:
• Company Name
• CSD Registration number
• Name and Surname of the Representative (only 4 representatives will be allowed)
3. Bidders will be required to arrive by nine thirty (09:30) for physical registration and the session will begin promptly at 10:00 am.
