APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE LIFT AT KZN SHARKS BOARD HEADQUARTERS
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
• Original and Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Original or Certified Copy of Valid B-BBEE Certificate
• Proof of CSD registration and supplier number
• Companies and intellectual property commission (CIPC)
• CIDB Grade SI Level 1 or higher
• Letter of good standing
• Lift technician with trade test (submit red seal certificate)
• Lift inspector must be SANAS accredited
Comply with:
• Occupational safety and health Act
• Lift,escalator and passenger conveyor regulations
• SANS 1545 (Latest application edition)
• All manufacture maintenance requirements
Briefing Session Compulsory
Attendance is compulsory. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.
