Tender Description

Appointment of a service provider to supply and replace parts in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling major equipment at Dube TradePort for a three-year period

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It is estimated that tenderers must have an active CIDB contractor grading designation of 3ME by the closing date of the bid. Bids from bidders registered as potentially emerging enterprises (i.e., with a PE status) but with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than 3ME will not be allowed to tender.

The 20 preference points will be allocated to the following as included in the bid document:

I.	Enterprises (or bidders) who are at least 51% or more owned by Black People
