APPOINTMENT OF A TURNKEY CONTRACTOR FOR THE FOR THE REFURBISHMENT AND UPGRADING OF HUGO BIERMAN BUILDING WITHIN THE SIMONSTOWN NAVAL BASE LOCATED IN THE WESTERN CAPE

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Note:  the building will only be available for viewing on the tender briefing date, Bidders are urged to bring a team to view the building and if needed take measurements, as there are no drawings available for the building.

Attend the compulsory briefing session,

South African citizen owned companies and personnel (Country of Birth/SA) can tender (Proof must be attached with tender submissions Certified ID Copies for Directors and project team members),

Submit CV's for key resources (with required experience and professional registration),

Must have successfully completed a minimum of 3 Projects of similar nature in the last 10 years, each with a value greater than R60m
