APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTORS FOR REPAIRS & RENOVATIONS TO CLUSTER EIGHT (INTAPHUKA PS & MAVIVANE PS) UNDER ILEMBE DISTRICT IN KWAZULU NATAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
• Attend the compulsory briefing session
• Must have successfully completed in the last 5 years, a minimum of one building project and of the value greater than R9 million:
The tenderer must submit the following documents for each completed project:
Letter of Appointment on the client’s letterhead, signed, showing appointment value and
Completion Certificate or Completion Letter of same project dated and signed by the client
• Drawings are available for downloading on the DBSA website
