APPOINTMENT OF CONTRACTORS FOR REPAIRS & RENOVATIONS TO CLUSTER ONE (FUNDOKUHLE SS & MADLANYOKA HS) UNDER UMGUNGUNDLOVU DISTRICT IN KWAZULU NATAL DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Attend Compulsory Site Briefing session;

Tenderer must have successfully completed in the last 5 years, a minimum of one building project and of the value greater than R9 million: 

The tenderer must submit the following documents for each completed project:

•	Letter of Appointment on the client’s letterhead, showing appointment value and 

•	Completion Certificate or Completion letter of same project
