Tender Description

APPOINTMENT OF ONE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SMART PREPAID METERS FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The system shall comply with all stipulations SANS 1529-1:2006 and 1529-9:2008, including SANS compliance’s.

The meter body shall be made of an approved plastic material in compliance with SANS 1529-1 Accreditation.

Meters are designed and manufactured in South Africa.

The Supplier confirms that his product or part thereof carry the South African patents which does not contravene existing patents rights.

Should such contravention occur, the supplier indemnifies the purchaser against all resultant claims.
