Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Tender documents may only be downloaded and printed from e-portal. Tenderers attending must be in possession of a valid tender document. Late comers will only be given 15 minutes grace period and are eligible to submit tenders. Only (1) representative per company will be allowed in the briefing venue. All those attending the briefing session are required to wear a mask or will not be allowed entry into the venue.
