Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Functionality: The minimum weighted final score (threshold) required for a tender to be considered from a technical perspective is 70%. Should suppliers not meet the minimum threshold of 70%, Eskom reserves the right to consider and or negotiation with suppliers that scored between 60% and 69%. Suppliers who do not score the minimum or required score will not be evaluated further.
