Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Bids will be evaluated on pre-qualification as set out in the tender document.
Bids will be pre-evaluated on following criteria and bids that score less than 40 out of 50 points will be considered as not responsive:
Pre-evaluation criteria and weight:
1. Company (or JV) Experience carrying a weight of 20 points.
2. References related to relevant experience carrying a maximum weight of 15 points.
3. Vehicles available carrying a weight of 15 points
