CONCRETE SURFACE PREPARATION AT THE RAISING OF CLANWILLIAM DAM FOR CONSTRUCTION SOUTH IN THE WESTERN CAPE. ONLY BIDDERS WITH CIDB GRADING 7CE OR CIDB 7SE ARE ELIGIBLE TO BID.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Pre-qualification will be done in accordance with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017; Regulation 9 (30% minimum mandatory subcontracting). The subcontractors shall be EME’s OR QSE’s that are 51% black owned by any of the following enterprises:

Black people,

Black people who are youth,

Black people who are women,

Black people with disabilities,

Black people living in rural or underdeveloped areas or townships

Cooperatives which are 51% owned by black people, and

Black people who are military veterans
