Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							A set of tender documents can be obtained at a non-refundable cost of R528 including VAT. Tender documents can only be obtained at the compulsory site and information meeting which will take place at 11h00 on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 at the D’Almeida Community Hall, Mossel Street, D’Almeida (GPS coordinates S34.175061, E022.118514).    

PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PARTNERS OF A JOINT VENTURE ARE CIDB REGISTERED AND ATTEND THIS COMPULSORY MEETING.  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE MEETING WILL RESULT IN THE BID BEING NON-RESPONSIVE.
