Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data. Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1,2,3, or 4 who is an EME or QSE who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database and meet the minimum requirements for the key persons as stipulated in Clause C.2.1.1, at tender closing are eligible to tender.  Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that 1 (one) JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise.
