Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							The Preference points system is applicable for this bid 80/20, where 20 Points of specific goals will be allocated as followers, Ownership by people who are Youth: 10 points – Ownership by people who are Women: 5 points  -  Promotion of enterprises located in specific municipal area (Harry Gwala District) for work to be done or services to be rendered: 5 points.

Subcontracting Principal or conditions of tender after the award will be applicable.

The successful tenderer must subcontract a maximum of 30% of the value of the contract to Potentially Emerging Enterprises who wish to serve as sub-contractors.
