1. The bid document can either be downloaded at no cost from the e-Tender Portal or purchased from the Department and proof of payment for the bid document from the bank will be needed prior to handing over of bid document
2. The bid documents must be downloaded or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the Pre-tender briefing meeting. No bid documents will be issued at the Pre-Tender briefing meeting and no site inspection meeting certifies will be issued at the pre-tender briefing meeting.
3. Bidders who the pre-Tender Briefing Meeting attend without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing meeting.
4.No late arrivals will be admitted to the briefing meeting.
