Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Bidders must be registered on CSD. Tenderers should have an active CIDB contractor grading of 7GB or higher. Functionality criteria: 1. Company experience on previous projects 30. 2. Human Resources1 Professional Construction Manager registered with SACPCMP with minimum 4 years experience in building projects in construction industry 25. 3. Human Resources2 Professional Quantity Surveyor registered with SACQSP with minimum 4 years experience in building projects in construction industry 25. 4.Financial Capability 20.
