Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							This bid is advertised with the specific condition that only locally produced goods or locally manufactured goods with a stipulated minimum threshold for local threshold for production and condition will be considered (Refer to SBD6.2 in the bid document). 

Pre-qualifying criteria: The Project has a 30% minimum sub-contracting condition.
