Tender Description

ENG 007 OF 2022 ELECTRICAL RETICULATION OF APPROXIMATELY 500 INFORMAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS, THEMBALETHU.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Tenderers must be registered with the CIDB and it is estimated that tenderers that wish to come in contention should have a grading designation of 5EP or higher. The Contractor’s grading must, however, be in accordance with the total sum awarded to that particular Contractor.  The stipulated minimum threshold percentages for local production and content for the Steel Value-added Products is 100%; Class 1 transformers 80%; Cable 90%; Pre-paid electricity meters 70%; and Plastic Pipes and fittings 100%. sectors will apply.
