Only Tenderers that meet the following eligibility criteria may respond:

A minimum CIDB contractor grading designation of 6EP or higher. The Contractor’s grading must, however, be in accordance with the total sum awarded to that particular Contractor.  

Registered on the central suppliers database (CSD).

A Tenderer that has successfully completed at least one similar project as defined in the specification in the last five years.
