1.4.2 Bidders must be registered at ICASA (Independent Communications Authority of South Africa). Proof of the valid registration, in the name of the bidder, must be submitted with the tender document.
Failure to submit the valid registration document with the tender document may be seen as submitting a non-responsive bid.
