ESTABLISHMENT OF A PANEL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPORT THE ECRDA PROJECT PACKAGING AND INVESTMENT MOBILISATION
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Bidders must demonstrate:
• Minimum 5 years’ sector‑relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delivering bankable or funder‑approved project preparation outputs.
• Qualifications relevant to their technical category (engineering, finance, economics, environmental sciences, planning, etc.).
• Professional registrations where applicable (ECSA, SACPLAN, SACNASP, SAICA, CFA, etc.).
• At least 3–5 reference projects in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 5 years’ sector‑relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delivering bankable or funder‑approved project preparation outputs.
• Qualifications relevant to their technical category (engineering, finance, economics, environmental sciences, planning, etc.).
