Tender Description

FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF: PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND LAND IDENTIFICATION SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE (5) YEARS.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It is a condition of this bid that the tax matters of the successful Respondents be in order, or that satisfactory arrangements have been made with South African Revenue Service (SARS) to meet the Respondents tax obligations. 

The Tax Compliance status requirements are also applicable to foreign Respondents/ individuals who wish to submit bids. 

Where Consortia / Joint Ventures / Sub-contractors are involved, each party must be registered on the Central Supplier Database and their tax compliance status will be verified through the Central Supplier Database.
