Technical pre-qualification/eligibility criteria set by Transnet are as follows:
-Key personnel qualification: Any valid qualified welders' certifications submitted
-Certificates accredited NRCS, by any manufacturer, importer or builder required to be registered in terms of regulation 38 of the National Road Traffic Act 93/1993

Briefing Session Compulsory
Attendance is compulsory. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.
