FOR THE FIT-OUT OF THE LAND BANKS NEW PREMISES LOCATED AT LAKEFIELD OFFICE PARK, CENTURION

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Minimum of an active 5 GB OR 5 SG or higher grade certification as per the CIDB. The bidder is expected to provide a printout of CIDB membership.

Local content threshold of 100% As per the stipulated minimum threshold for the Cement sector for local production and content. 

Local content threshold of 90% As per the stipulated minimum threshold for the Electrical Cable Products sector for local production and content. 

Local content threshold of 100% As per the stipulated minimum threshold for the Plastic Pipes sector for local production and content. 

Local content threshold of 100% As per the stipulated minimum threshold for the Steel Products and Components for Construction sector for local production and content.
