Tender Description

FOR THE REMOVAL, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ALUMINIUM DOORS AND BLINDS AT EAST LONDON.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at 1 Cambridge

Street, East London, Eastern Cape on the 29 May 2026 at 14:00pm [2

O’clock] for a period of ± 2 (two) hours. [Tenderers to provide own

transportation and accommodation].

The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually and information

will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.

Site visit/walk will take place, tenderers are to note:

 Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes, goggles, long sleeve shirts, high

visibility vests and hard hats.

 Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk.
