INVITATION TO APPLY TO BE LISTED ON THE PANEL OF ACCREDITED LEGAL SERVICE PROVIDERS OF THE MANDELA BAY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							This Invitation is subject to pre-qualifying criteria and the condition that the Applicant must:

1.1	 Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate in respect of all directors / partners or principal. Failure to submit the valid certificate/s of all directors/partners or principals shall render an application unacceptable.

1.2	Each Applicant should provide proof that it has professional indemnity insurance cover of at least R 5 million. Failure to submit such proof shall render an Application unacceptable.

1.3	Any Applicant failing to meet the pre-qualifying criteria stipulated above will not be accepted.
