Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							80/20 point systems will be used for bids below R50 000 000.00 and 90/10 for bids above R50 000 000.00. Functionality will be also form part of the evaluation criteria. Bids will be evaluated in terms of Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022 and bidders may claim preference points in terms of specific goals. The CIDB grading for this project is 6CE or higher.
