Limpopo Province: Polokwane: Procurement of alternative office accommodation (existing and building to be constructed) at a total guideline gross area of 2336.25m2 and lease lettable area of 2123.86m2 with 34 parking bays(22 under roof, 6 lockups, 6 disabled), a generator and water storage tank (10000L) on behalf of Department of Home Affairs for a period of 5 years.
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
This bid will comply with prequalification criteria for Preferential Procurement. The documents will be sold for R 500.00 if not downloaded from www.etenders.gov.za/www.publicworks.gov.za. Documents will be sold on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8h00 to 15h00 at 78 Hans Van Rensburg, Old Mutual Building.
