							SITE MEETING AND BRIEFING SESSION  IS NON COMPULSORY. FULL PPE IS REQUIRED FOR THE SITE MEETING. ORIGINAL ID/PASSPORT IS REQUIRED . DRIVERS LICENCE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. •	PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA BBBEE Level 4 MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM  Level 1(1-4). Joint Ventures must submit consolidated BBBEE Certificates. MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA: FULLY COMPLETED FORM OF OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE. PLEASE COMPLETE AND SUBMIT FUNCTIONALITY REQUIREMENTS. CONTRACT DOCUMENT MUST BE COMPLETED, SIGNED AND SUBMITTED WITH YOUR PROPOSALS
