Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: samkele.bhengu@transnet.net, supported by a copy of the Identity Document (ID) of their representative/s to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port. All e-mails must be sent no later than 11 August 2025 at 16:00 to allow sufficient time for the Permit Office to prepare the e-Permits This is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session.
