Non‐compulsory briefing session will be held virtually using Ms Teams platform on the
14th of December 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am. All potential bidders seeking to

no later than 13th of December 2022
Bidders are required to submit email queries related to the bid. All email queries are
to be submitted no later than the 16th of January 2023. Email Questions and Answers
will be consolidated and posted on eBids / Municipal Website on 26th of January 2023
