							PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

-All bidders are required to sub-contract a minimum of 30% of the contract value to EME OR QSE's who are 51% black owned OR 51% 

 black woman owned OR51% owned by black people with disabilities in terms of  PPPFA sub regulation 9 (2) (b), (c), (d), & (e).

-Provide a valid letter of good standing of compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) from Department of  Labour. 

-Valid proof of electrical contractor register with Department of Labour.
