Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Note: this bid will include functionality which will be scored out of 100. Bidders must obtain a minimum of 60% to qualify for further evaluation.

Functionality Criteria:

1.	COMPANY EXPERIENCE: COMPLETED ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE = 30

2.	A LEAD PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PRACTITIONER = 30

3.	SUPPORTING PROFESSIONAL  = 30

4.	FINANCIAL CREDIBILITY = 10
