Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on the following items of functionality:
Resources and experience of the service provider in related scope works = 20
Financial Capability = 10
Financial Statement = 10
Anchor Tenants = 10
Tenants = 30
Proposed project and value of the building to be constructed = 10
Proposed Project Plan = 10
SPECIFIC GOAL:
EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people
Bidders to meet 70% out of 100 points on the following items of functionality:
