PHASE 2: SMART REVITALISATION OF DIHLABENG REGIONAL HOSPITAL It is estimated that tenderers must have a CIDB Contractor Grading designation of 9GB. Emerging contractors with a CIDB Contractor grading designation of 8GBPE are not eligible to make submissions and will not be considered.

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							Documents may be collected during working hours from Friday, 13th May 2022, at 10:00 from the CDC’s Main office located at the Coega Business Centre, Cnr Alcyon Road & Zibuko Street, Zone 1, Coega SEZ Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).

A non-refundable fee of R1 500.00 per document must be deposited or payable by means of electronic transfers to Account Name: CDC DOH Hospitals; Standard Bank, Account No: 080008070, Branch No: 000017, Branch Name: Newton Park.
