Key Requirements & Special Conditions
PREQUALIFICATION CRITERIA - ONLY RESPONDENTS FALLING IN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES MAY RESPOND TO THIS RFQ:
a) EXEMPTED MICRO ENTERPRISE (EME’s) AND QUALIFYING SMALL ENTERPRISES (QSE’S) ONLY
b) MINIMUM BBBEE LEVEL 2
c) CIDB GRADING 3GB OR HIGHER
d) PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS:
Health and Safety Officer Submit valid SACPCMP membership certificate as a Health and Safety Officer.
Environmental Specialist Submit proof of qualification - National Diploma / B-Degree in Environmental Management/
Natural or Physical Sciences
Civil Engineer / Technologist Submit valid ECSA membership certificate – Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist
Construction Manager Submit valid SACPCMP membership certificate as a Construction Manager
